Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Create, owner Anna-Sophie Grünwald, and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "client"). Any deviating provisions must be in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the client accepts Create's offer. This can only be done in writing. The client confirms that he has taken note of the general terms and conditions.

3. Services

Create offers services in the areas of social media marketing, website design and event management. The exact services and prices are specified in the offer. The actual workload is calculated by the hour. The owner will contact the client in good time if more hours are required than stated in the offer.

4. Prices

The prices for the services offered are individual and are agreed in the offer. All prices are in euros. The owner is a micro-entrepreneur and is therefore exempt from VAT.

5. Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deductions. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation of the order must be made in writing. If cancellation is made up to 14 days before the agreed date, no costs will be incurred. Cancellations made later may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.

7. Liability

Anna-Sophie Grünwald is only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for simple negligence is excluded. The client indemnifies Create from all claims by third parties that result from the use of the services provided.

8. Data Protection

The client's personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the sole proprietorship Anhna-Sophie Grünwald. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
